Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship via USPS. Shipping prices are calculated by weight and may range from approximately $6.00 (First Class) up to $13.75 (Medium Priority Flat Rate or standard Priority), depending on package weight. We always do our best to ship at the lowest cost possible.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL and USPS. All shipping prices are calculated by weight. Night & Moonvampz is NOT responsible for import duties, taxes, or tariffs. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country. Any import charges billed back to the shop will result in an invoice issued to the recipient.

Processing / Turnaround Time (TAT)

Most items are RTS (Ready to Ship) unless the listing description states the item is a Pre-Order with a specific TAT. Orders are shipped within 3–4 business days (not including weekends and holidays) from the day after purchase. Pre-order items will ship within the timeframe stated in the listing unless otherwise noted.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order ships — please check your spam folder as well. If you have not received a tracking number, do not worry — simply send us a message through our Facebook business page or email us at Nightn.Moonvampz18@hotmail.com and we will send your tracking information promptly.

No Combined Shipping

We do not offer combined shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Address Changes

We do not process address changes due to fraud prevention. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you are relocating or your family is being stationed in a different state, please contact our business page to discuss your situation. Address changes will not be made for cart buddy orders.
