Shipping Policy:
- Shipping Prices: We Use USPS and shipping prices are set by weight. I will do my best to ship at a cheaper cost but shipping can range from $5 standard shipping which will be First Class to up to $13.75 Medium Priority flat Rate box, Again this all depends on weight.
- Shipping TAT: Most items are RTS (ready to Sell) items Unless stated on description that the item is a Pre-order with a TAT.
- Any pre-orders will ship within (6-8 weeks of Purchase) unless description item states a different pre-order TAT.
- Items will be shipped 3-4 business days not including weekends & Holidays from day after purchase. I will be shipping through USPS and tracking will be provided to you through email ( you may want to check your Spam.)
Lost/Stolen items: *Once items are shipped to the post office, I’m not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not do “refunds” as this is a post office mistake and its out of my control. But Please message me, so we can Resolve this issue the best of our ability. If your item says "Delivered" please call your local post office- We Can NOT do refunds, If your package is lost in transit please call your local post office and message me to work something out.
Change of address: We DO NOT do exchange of address anymore, due to scamming, etc. Please make sure your address is updated. However, if you are moving or your family is getting stationed to a different state please message the business page so we can discuss about it. I will not do address exchanges if your cart buddy scored for you.

Refunds & Returns Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL !!!

- Due to the nature of my plushies being handmade and limed quantities I am unable to accept exchanges or Returns. If you are unhappy with your product please send me a message and we can gladly work something out. I encourage you to read the description of the item before purchasing a product. All Sales are Final And there is no Refunds, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Plushie Spa: Is it time to give your plushie some TLC.? Here are some recommendations to help you maintain your plushie clean for another use of fun time.
- Detergent: Unscented Detergent is best Recommended for the fabrics.
- Pillow Case: Toss your plushies in a pillow case and tie the pillow case in a knot. If you have a pillowcase with a zipper it can work as well. The pillow case helps the plushies fabric from snagging and getting all over the washer.
- USE COLD WATER & GENTLE CYCLE
- *Always Air Dry, and use a comb to brush the fabric gently.
- DO NOT USE any Softeners or brighteners or ANY HEAT.
